He travels all through the 5 great lakes and people help him out along the way and he sees all manner of things. ![]() When the snow thaws, he sends it on it's journey to the sea with a message asking to help get the paddle man there. A young boy up in Canada makes a canoe with an Indian in it that will float. It was a fun journey exploring the lakes and waterways of the great lakes out to the sea. ![]() I found it charming and interesting and a story that drew me in. It would make a great first reader book for someone who wants to read a story if they enjoy more history things. It is a full page of text with a full picture.
